How I Built an Advanced Automated Marketing Platform for Five Star Transportation

The Challenge
Our sales team at Five Star Transportation was spending too many hours on manual outreach, leaving voicemails, and following up with prospects. I knew there had to be a more efficient way to handle these repetitive tasks while maintaining the personal touch that's crucial in our industry.
The Solution: An Integrated AI-Powered Platform
I leveraged my data science and AI expertise to build a comprehensive automated marketing system that integrates multiple technologies:
Twilio Integration
I started by setting up Twilio to handle the phone and SMS infrastructure. This gave us a reliable backbone for both outbound calls and text message sequences. The API was straightforward to work with, especially after writing some Python scripts to handle the integration.
Claude-Powered Conversations
The most impressive component is using Claude's API to power real-time agent conversations when prospects answer our calls. I fine-tuned the prompts to ensure Claude understands our transportation services, pricing structures, and common customer questions. The natural flow of conversation has been remarkable - many prospects don't even realize they're speaking with an AI system.
Voice Cloning with ElevenLabs
For prospects who don't answer, I implemented ElevenLabs to create high-fidelity voicemails that sound indistinguishable from my actual voice. The process involved:
- Recording samples of my voice using Adobe Audition for optimal audio quality
- Cleaning and processing the audio to remove background noise
- Uploading the samples to ElevenLabs and creating a voice clone
- Integrating the voice clone with our automated system to generate personalized voicemails
The voice quality is exceptional - even my colleagues can't tell the difference between the AI-generated messages and my actual voice.
CRM Integration with Pipedrive
To track all interactions and maintain a clear sales pipeline, I integrated the entire system with our Pipedrive CRM. This automatically:
- Records all call outcomes and conversation transcripts
- Schedules follow-up actions based on prospect responses
- Updates deal stages as conversations progress
- Provides analytics on campaign performance
The Results
Just one day after deployment, we're already seeing impressive results:
- 3x increase in outreach capacity without adding headcount
